 When establishing a company and carrying out activities in the Republic of Lithuania, a foreigner is granted a temporary residence permit in Lithuania.

Non-citizens of the Republic of Lithuania who does not have Lithuanian identity documents cannot establish a company by themselves and must do so through a notary public.
