It is a document that gives you the right to temporarily reside in the Republic of Lithuania for a specified period of time.

If you are going to live for more than a year, you need to have a document that generates a personal identification number and a basis for issuance that gives you broader rights.

Depending on the basis, the temporary residence permit is issued for 1-3 years.

• Employment contracts
• Seasonal work
• Science and teaching
• Family reunification
• Legal activities
• Business

The fee for the government is 160 euros, for an urgent procedure – 320 euros.
